Begonia bacmeensis is a species of flowering plant in the family Begoniaceae. It is a member of section Jackia, which is characterized by its axillary dichasial cymose inflorescence with 4-tepaled staminate and pistillate flowers, bearing 3-locular ovaries, and each ovary locule with one placenta.
Distribution[edit]
Begonia bacmeensis is endemic to Vietnam, where it is found in the Bac Me Nature Reserve.
Habitat[edit]
Begonia bacmeensis is found in shady forests at elevations of 1,600-1,800 m.
Characteristics[edit]
Begonia bacmeensis is a rhizomatous plant with large, ovate leaves that are up to 35 cm long and 25 cm wide. The leaves are lobed at the margins and have a dark green color. The flowers are white or pink and are borne in clusters on long stalks.

Begonia bacmeensis has leaves that are up to 35 cm long and 25 cm wide, and its flowers are up to 2 cm in diameter.
