*Begonia U402's* identity has finally been confirmed by Dr. Mark Tebbitt. It is a dark variant / form of *Begonia ulmifolia*. This plant was collected in Venezuela and has been grown and circulated under the American Begonia Societies unidentified species number *U402*. This is a fast growing shrub-like begonia. It has a very bushy growth habit and light pink flowers. Give it strong light but not hot sun and room to spread.
