B. ‘Raven Heart’

This charming cane-like cultivar was developed in 2022 for terrarium culture by planned hybridization. It first bloomed in 2024. It's ca. 45 cm tall when mature. The maroon stipules are ca. 5 × 3 mm and the maroon petiole is ca. 1.2 cm long. The slightly peltate or basifixed and ovate leaf blade is ca. 17 × 5 cm with a cordate base, a repand margin, and an acuminate apex. The upper leaf surface is dark green (red when young) with red spots, blotches, and markings. Just a few pinkish-red flowers are produced on a ca. 7 cm long stalk.
