B. ‘Chad’s Wunder’

This striking and compact foliage cultivar was hybridized in 2022 and first bloomed in 2025.

It's up to ca. 15 cm tall and ca. 30 cm wide when mature. The maroon petiole is ca. 8 cm long with dense, long silver hairs. The near reniform leaf blade is ca. 15 × 18 cm with a cordate base that sometimes has slightly overlapped lobes, a ciliate margin, and a roundly obtuse apex. The upper leaf surface is silver with green veins (pinkish-silver with pinkish-green veins when young) and bullate with long silver hairs. The white flowers are few in winter.
