B. ‘Captain Jerry’

This striking and compact foliage cultivar was also hybridized in 2022 and first bloomed in 2025. It's up to ca. 15 cm tall and ca. 30 cm wide at maturity. The maroon petiole is ca. 8 cm long with dense, long silver hairs. The near reniform leat blade is ca. 15 x 18 cm with a cordate base that has overlapped lobes, a ciliate margin, and a roundly obtuse apex. The upper leaf surface is deep green with silver spots, light green veins and bullate with long silver hairs. The white flowers are few in winter.
