"Begonia 'Lion['s] Dance' is a theatrical houseplant with swirling, spiralled leaves that curl in on themselves like the mane of the festival lion it is named after. Each leaf is rich green with silvered centres, bronze margins, and a coiled, almost nautilus-shaped base where the petiole meets the blade.

Begonia 'Lion['s] Dance' is a modern hybrid begonia selected for its unusual spiralled foliage. Its parentage traces back to rhizomatous species from the humid subtropical forests of Asia and South America, where begonias grow in bright, filtered shade."
